Mitchell S. Clair is the principle of Law Office of Mitchell Clair. Mr. Clair received his B.A. from Emory University and his J.D. from Temple University School of Law where he was a member of the editorial staff of the Temple Law Review. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations as well as a member of the Board of Governors Pennsylvania Association for Justice and was formerly a member of the Board of Governors of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Clair is a past chairman of the Amicus Curiae Committee and currently co-chairman of Auto Law Section of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, and has participated in such cases on behalf of the Association as Donnelly v. Bauer, Baith v. CNA, Daley-Sand v. West American, and Tallman v. Aetna. He is a winner of the George F. Douglas award for outstanding appellate advocacy on behalf of PATLA.
